We all struggle forgiving ourselves and others as part of the human condition. Many things done by us and to us leave deep scars that harm us until we resolve them with the guidance and grace of the most Holy Spirit and our own grit. We all find it hard to put aside the petty insults that keep us up at night and the grave injuries, possibly done to us by those we most trusted.

Join us for a four (4) part journey on forgiveness this Lent. Let’s allow this season to be a source of healing and reconciliation in each of our hearts. Together, we will explore the meaning of forgiveness, why it is so crucial to our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, as well as practical strategies to get there.
