God is good! Fencing is up, and large equipment is rumbling on our land. Finally the work has begun to prepare the site for the building of the new monastery! It is with mixed feelings of elation and sorrow as we watch the work; trees must come down, habitats must be disturbed. We pray for all creatures, flora and fauna, that we must upset, and promise restoration of the space we will leave behind. But FINALLY we can see the hope promised to us coming true!
